Superb volleyball in the 3rd set, PGE Skra Belchatow win the Polish Super Cup

Even though Zaksa got the advantage after the first set, PGE Skra Belchatow didn’t want to surrender and to let the Super Cup trophy slip to the hands of the rival.

It was a storming display by Zaksa at the opening set, smashing the rival 25-16! PGE Skra Belchatow responded quickly in the second set while the last moments of the third set were the most exciting moments of the entire game.

Two sides played a marathon in this part of the game. Fortunately for the Skra’s fans, they won it after playing 68 points, 35-33!

That gave a huge confidence boost to Serniotti’s side, who continued playing at a high level in the fourth set to clinch the game and to win a trophy!

Mariusz Wlazly marked the game with 20 points, while Bartosz Bednorz, who was named MVP of the game, had 19 points in the end. Milad Ebadipour had an official debut for Skra, scoring 11 points. Sam Deroo was the best scorer in Zaksa with 16 points.
