Some Russian media have already published that Avtodor-Metar stepped out of the competition, but the club’s board denied that info. Still, they admit that they are passing through a difficult period…
“We still haven’t made the final decision. Yes, we do have some financial difficulties like many teams, but we are in the process of finding solution. I think everything will be fine and we will be able to play in Superleague in the next season. By the end of the next weak everything should be clear” said Vladimir Pakhomov, Director of Avtodor-Metar, for R-Sport.
Avtodor-Metar finished last season at the 8th place in Russian Superleague.
