“I don’t know the exact time when I got the information about Gamova and Startseva. Both were practicing in the morning, they were healthy. Everything happened on the day of the semifinal game. They didn’t show up at the hall, but why would they come?” – asks Rishat Gilyazutdinov.
Was it possible to play without Gamova and Startseva and to play good?
“Of course it was possible. But we didn’t manage to do it. The result could have been much better but we were not able to show our game,” says Gilyazutdinov.
