“Why not to win the World League? Each competition shows you how much you are ready at the moment. If you play, you have to try to win. I do not think that World League should be left aside and not to fight for the top places. We always must fight in this tournament. Ok, it’s Olympic year but it does not matter. We will give our maximum in World League and at the Olympic tournament as well. Everyone is waiting for the second consecutive gold medal at the Olympics. It is much more difficult to defend it, than to win it first time. But, it’s too early to talk about Olympic games. We have World League in front of us” says Muserskiy.
How do you feel now?
“I’m trying to get into shape, I’m still far from it and I have to work and work. I started training much more at the end of May. I had some minor injury but now is everything ok” says Muserskiy.
