He has said that it would be difficult to play in front of the fans because it can lead to a dangerous situation since someone positive on corona may enter the arena without even knowing it.

Letting the fans enter the arenas would be very dangerous nowadays. Each of us has a family relatives or elderly people in our environment that need to be protected. It is safe until one of us gets sick and now the risk is too high,” says Wilfredo Leon for Przeglad Sportowy.

Wilfredo Leon – a big respect for such a statement… Very rare, reasonable and sober opinion in this complicated, pandemic situation.. He thinks on older, and vulnarable persons…. I expect that also other top world athletes, coaches, officials will join such a proclamation… But it is not enough without specifying and keeping complex, preventive, epidemiological measures on volleyball courts, halls … Better not comment what we could still observe on them..
