There are seven debutants on the preliminary list of Russia national team. Good news for the fans of “Zbornaya” is a return to the squad of one of the best middle blockers in the world Dmitriy Muserskiy. He was not a part of the national team since the 2016 FIVB World League.

The first gathering is scheduled for May 3 but players of Superliga finalists, Zenit Kazan and Zenit Sankt-Peterburg, will not be obliged to appear that day. They will get a few days more to rest than the other players.
