Today, we have an interview with Brook Billings, the man who will play in Qatar for the second time in his career!

You will play again in Qatar! But now, in Al Rayyan. What is your impression about that?

Yes, my family and I are happy to be back in Doha. It’s a very comfortable city for us. As you know last season I played for Police and we lost to Al Rayyan in the “finals”. We were the leaders going into the last match but unfortunately we defeated ourselves and Rayyan won.”

What do you think about Qatar’s league?

The league here has a good level mixed with all nationalities of players from different age groups. There are really some talented players.”

Have you already joined Al Rayyan?

“We arrived in Doha a little over a week ago and have been working out with the team. Still need a lot of work but have enjoyed getting to know the players and staff.”

Did Al Rayyan’s officials inform you about their goals in Qatar’s league?

The officials don’t need to inform me about their goals. It’s pretty clear they want to win again and I’m here to help in any way possible. Al Rayyan is one of the most traditional clubs in the gulf and they are always trying to win” said Brook for WorldofVolley.

Good luck! But it would be very funny if Police wins a title 🙂
