Russia’s President congratulates national team on World Cup win
Mr. Medvedev recently addressed a few words to the Russian Volleyball Federation to express his joy and proud for such a great result:
“I would like to congratulate you for winning the World Cup” reads the message.
“You performed brilliantly in Japan and you eventually finished a top of the standings in such a prestigious tournament. After edging very strong opponents you also qualified for the Olympics. Professionalism, team spirit and the guidance provided by experienced coaches contributed to your success. I wish you the very best of luck for the London Olympics coming up next year”.
