Czech Republic coach Zdenek Smejkal: “The hunger for each ball disappeared from us. I think we have a little satisfaction after previous good matches. The results were good, but we have to rise from the ashes. We will continue to fight for a place in the final in Sydney. It’s in our heads. We found that we have to do more than we’ve done.”
The Netherlands coach Edwin Benne: “We started the match with the same players like yesterday and we wanted to continue our winning streak from last night’s match. The team was more confident than yesterday and we had a nice long exchange in which we have been far more successful. They had problems with the passes for the key attack plays. The third set was the last chance for Czech team to get back into the match, but they did not have the power to make it happen.”
