“It was kind like we have won all finals in World League 2014. We won against Serbia in the crucial game for F6 qualification, than we won against Australia for the semifinal, beat Iran for the big final, and eventually defeated Brazil for the gold. Our team is just so composed. We have never gone too high or too low, we just kept our mind focused on each point and that was the difference. That was why we have won this.”
As one of the most experienced players in team, Lee is proud on the yougsters…
“I am so happy because our team is so young. Taylor Sander, Mikah Christenson… These guys are future of our team, and winning gold in the World League at such a young age is a great sign for US volleyball.”
