Puerto Rico captain Yarimar Rosa: We are very happy because we obtained a great win. Poland is an major team and for this reason this victory is very important for us because it means that we can play better against other strong teams.

Poland coach Piotr Makowski: Puerto Rico played a great match Their service and block was very strong. They have many players with a lot of experience playing in Europe and it made the difference.

Poland Captain Izabela Belcik: Obviously we are saddened by this loss, but mostly because during the third set we played very bad. Without reception, the game was more complicated. Now we have to think about tomorrow’s game.
