HERE IS WEEK 2:
The objective of the 1st week of training was to help you to get used to using the exercises on the program and begin to establish a foundation of strength, mobility and capacity for training. Now you have achieved that, we’re looking to step it up in Week 2!
This week WE CHALLENGE YOU to step outside of your comfort zone, physically and socially! This week WE CHALLENGE YOU to share your #VolleyWorkout with us!
Send us your videos of you training and working hard in the gym on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
Here’s a secret!
Just doing the training program is easy… Anybody can do exercise and improve a little bit.
The secret is…
Athletes that make it to become the very best in the world don’t just want to improve a little bit. They want to get EVERYTHING from EVERYTHING they do. They focus intensely on the things they find difficult, and master them! They learn to love spending time in that uncomfortable place where growth and development happens.
We want to help you to get EVERYTHING from this workout!
We don’t want to help the internet, or other volleyball athletes, we want to help you to achieve success.
Share your videos with us so that we can advise YOU about the things YOU’RE doing great and those small details that can make the difference between being good and being the world’s best!
Share the great work you’re doing, so that we can help YOU!
If you’re unsure or want more advice about the training you’re doing, make sure you ask questions in the comments below and share your training videos with us on social media Twitter, Facebook and Instagram using hashtag #volleyworkout, so we can keep advising you and help you get the most from your training!
