In their second consecutive victory, River Plata outplayed the second-ranked team Ciudad Voley 3-1 thanks to German Johansen who scored 26 points.

Interesting, Lomas Voley, the leader of the Argentine league barely defeated UNTREF in the tie-break, Federico Hernan Pereyra scored 23 points for the winning team while Kaio Fabio Alves Rocha was the best scorer of UNTREF with 24 points followed by Osniel Melgarejo Hernandez 21 points.
