A little more than two years before the start of the volleyball tournament in the 2020 Olympic games in Tokyo (July 25 – August 9), the organizers determined the match timetable.

Men will open the tournament on July 25 at 9:00 (local time) with two more matches being scheduled for the opening day: at 14:20 and 19:40. Women’s tournament will set off on the following day with the same timetable.

This timetable will remain for both tournaments until the quarterfinals when games will be played at 9:00, 13:00, 17:00, and 21:30. Semifinals are set for 13:00 and 21:00.

The bronze medal match for men will be held on August 8 at 13:00 while the final is the same day at 21:15. This timetable applies for the women’s last day, August 9, as well.
