“I don’t know why the test was positive. It would be easier just to open the “B” sample, but no matter what I want to speak openly. I was surprised when they informed me about the positive test. I had a lot of doping tests at the clubs and national team but every time I was clean. When people talk about doping it means that you use substances that give you an advantage in the competition and make you stronger. But, I’ve never done that…” says Murilo.
Recall that he was tested positive on doping, requested by the FIVB.
