Being dominant on the road in Bulgaria in the penultimate round of Pool B in the 2023 CEV Men’s Volleyball Champions League, the Berlin Recycling Volleys kept their hopes to advance to the playoffs alive.
The Berlin Recycling Volleys maintained their chances of progressing to the CEV Champions League Volley 2023 | Men playoffs with an impressive performance in Bulgaria. The German side clearly won 3-0 (25-20, 25-16, 25-20) against Hebar Pazardzhik in Round 5. Thanks to their success on the penultimate day of the group stage, Berlin rose to eight points and got things complicated in Pool B. The Bundesliga team will play its decisive game for a place in the next stage against Poland’s Aluron CMC Warta Zawiercie as these two, plus Turkey’s Halkbank Ankara, vie for the two berths, with the last two teams having bigger chances.
