Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76 and C.S.M. Lugoj secured their spot in the finals of the CEV Challenge Cup.
In front of almost 3,200 spectators at Pala Gianni Asti in Turin, Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76 secured their spot in the finals of the CEV Challenge Cup. Having already won the first leg in Germany 0-3, Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri ’76 sealed their victory by winning the first two sets of the second leg against Suhl and ultimately triumphing 3-1. This marks their tenth consecutive win in the competition. In the second semifinal match, Romanian team Lugoj, who lost the first leg 3-2, defeated Serbian team Stara Pazova 3-0 in the second leg.
On Wednesday, March 15th, the Grand Finals are set to take place at Pala Gianni Asti in Turin, while the return to Romania is scheduled for Wednesday, March 22nd.
