Azerbaijan and Bulgaria dominated in Pool A. Samadova with 20 points led Azeri team against Portugal while Ruseva scored 21 points (11 bl) for Bulgaria and was the top scorer of the match against Ukraine.
Thanks to Piia Korhonen (15 points) Finland scored their first win in Pool B. They defeated France in straight sets and secured three points. In the same Pool, Hungary celebrated the second win. This time they defeated Croatia after four sets and now are the leaders with all 6 points.
In Pool C the same teams met again. This time Belarus defeated Slovakia in Minsk and after the first match of five sets, this one was finished in straight sets. Barysevich and Hryshkevich were the best in the winning team with 11 points each while the Slovak player Radosova was the top scorer of the match with 16 points.
On the other side, Czech Republic came to the new win. And same like four days ago, they defeated Spain with 3-0. Kossanyiova Andrea was the best scorer with 11 points.
