Newly promoted team in the Ligue AM after this season, ASUL Luon Volley got a new coach. The experienced Silvano Prandi signed a two-year contract. Krassimir Todorov commented. In his career he won 4 Italian leagues, four cups, numerous European cups and one Champions League. He also coached the Italian national team with which he won Olympic bronze in 1984.

In his career, Prandi won 4 Italian leagues, four cups, numerous European cups and one Champions League. He also coached the Italian national team with which he won the Olympic bronze in 1984. Most recently he coached the Buglarian national team from 2008-2010, again he won the bronze in the 2009 European Championship.

Krassimir Todorov, ASUL‘s president commented: “We made the choice to have a man who knows his way in sports. He is a coach who knows how to work with experienced players, but also likes to develop young talent. In his long career (37 seasons), he always had very good results. Our goal is short term (2-3 years) to become a big team in France and to play on the European scene.
