Decathlon
“Every month we organize meetings between work and physical activities”, explained Luca Fumagalli in charge of Decathlon Piacenza. “We’ve been organizing these meetings for ever, last year for example we visited Modena, and the previous year we were in Treviso. These meetings aim at sharing ideas on our job and enjoy a little private time together to get to know each other better”.
Meanwhile, Luca Tencati answered questions about team work, how to face the positive and negative periods, the game preparations and the relationships between the players in the changing rooms.
