ITA W: Brazil National Team member Rosamaria obtains Italian citizenship

Rosamaria Montibeller, the Brazil Women’s Volleyball National Team member, is about to receive Italian citizenship.



Rosamaria Montibeller, the Brazil National Team member, revealed on her social media profile that she applied for Italian citizenship.

A 26-year-old opposite hitter confirmed that she had begun the procedure to obtain a passport of a country in which currently plays (VBC Èpiù Casalmaggiore) and in which she has origins. However, Rosamaria will keep the Brazilian citizenship given that she has a goal to compete in the Tokyo Olympics with the ‘Seleção’.
