MACERATA found success in this game, but the performance was not that convincing, Prandi‘s team came close to success in all sets: advantage of 18-20 and 20-21 in the 1st set, and 20-22 in both 2nd and the 3rd set.
Simone Parodi was named the best player of the game (brilliant in the 2nd set, negative in the 1st and 3rd), but Ivan Zaytsev was the great leader, author of 20 points with 56% in att. and 1 ace.
MACERATA‘s attack, thanks to a 20% from Savani, 31% from Kooy and 0% from Parodi in the 1st and 3rd set, wasn’t good and had to settle on 46%, with 9 errors and 7 block received, it was more or less like LATINA‘s (47%, 7 blocks received and 6 errors, 3 less).
MACERATA found, however, partially its service (5 aces, 13 err.), while the guests remained without an ace and committed 15 errors.
