Allegedly, Sokolov received offer from one Qatar team to sign a short term contract. If there is truth in this story, Bulgarian would go to the Middle East after the end of the playoffs in Italy, and will join his new club for the final battles in domestic league.
Famous players often go to the Middle Eastern leagues during the summer. For example, last year Matey Kaziyski played in Qatar for Al Rayan.
