ITA W: Move that has no justification – Coach of Division 2 side Modica punches captain during timeout (VIDEO)

Hitting a woman, no matter the intensity, when you’re a man never had never been and never will be justified!

A very sad situation occurred during the match of the 2021/22 Italian Women’s Championship (Serie A2), a few days back. A man hit a woman. And that man, just like every man on the face of Earth that does that, should be ashamed.

Enrico Quarta, the head coach of the last-placed side in the league, Egea Pvt Modica, hit his captain Fabiola  Ferro in the midst of the time-out of the match against Tecnoteam Albese Volley Como! It wasn’t a strong punch, far from it, but it could’ve been strong if the coach swung more precisely. And the intensity of a punch is irrelevant here. The player was obviously infuriated by the move of her tutor and pushed him after that. And that’s justified.
