The Rana Verona Volley announced a new reinforcement for the upcoming 2023/2024 season – Aidan Zingel. The Australian middle blocker is no stranger to Verona or its passionate fan base, having played there from 2010-2017 and again in the 2020/21 season.
As he returns to the team under the guidance of coach Stoytchev, Zingel brings an excitement and commitment that promises to add depth to Rana Verona’s middle blockers lineup.
In his first statement following the announcement, Zingel expressed his eagerness to return to the historic city of Verona, saying, “It’s wonderful to return to Verona.” He praised the ambition of the new project, expressing his desire to contribute and bring satisfaction to the city, club, and fans alike.
