Igor Volley will reconvene at the Pala Agil on August 5, though head coach Lorenzo Bernardi, assistant Juan Manuel Cichello, and players Maja Aleksic and Mayu Ishikawa will be missing due to their commitments at the Paris Olympics.
Joining the initial team session will be captain Francesca Bosio, Valentina Bartolucci, Giulia De Nardi, Eleonora Fersino, Federica Squarcini, Tatiana Tolok, and Hanna Orthmann. Sara Bonifacio, who will serve as vice-captain, and Alessia Mazzaro, along with Vita Akimova—recovering from shoulder surgery—will join the squad the following week.
Once their national duties conclude, Lina Alsmeier (European qualifiers) and Taylor Mims (NorCeca championships candidate) will also join the team.
