American setter has returned to Italy! Carli Lloyd will organize attacks of Pomi Casalmaggiore in the next season!
She spent the last year in Lokomotiv Baku, while before that Lloyd played for Conegliano and Busto Arsizio.
“I am honored and excited! When I spoke with the club’s board and with the head coach Barbolini, I immediately realized that Casalmaggiore will be my next team. I am anxious to wear the club’s jersey and to face the upcoming challenges” said Lloyd for the club’s official website.
On the other side, Gian Luca Pasini from gazzetta.it writes that Casalmaggiore is looking to acquire one more foreigner. Allegedly, club is thinking to offer a deal to Floortje Meijners or to Destinee Hooker…

italian women clubs are pure example money is not important to get classy foreign players, they have the best talent in negotiations. without big money they will have much better foreign players than russian or azerbaijan los ers teams. and later everyone is surprised they had one team in final of champions league…
