Vittoria Alice Piani is a new player of UYBA. This 19-year-old Italian was a member of Club Italia, the team where she played from 2014 after a short period in Serie B1.
She is already in the National team and with coach Mencarelli she won the gold at the FIVB World Championship U18 in Peru.
Interesting, she is half Brazilian because of mother, and she is very flexible to different tactical systems and can play either in place 4 and 2.
“I’m delighted to start my adventure in volleyball outside the Federal teams with Unet Yamamay Busto Arsizio, which has always been my dream team since childhood. My period in Club Italia was very important, because they have trained me and helped me to grow. I would like to thank to the excellent technical staff. This summer I will work to the maximum for me to be ready for the start of the season with butterflies“. said Vittoria.
