Koga and Wilhite-Parsons led the way for the Red Rockets, each scoring 24 points, and the team’s 12 blocks contributed to their victory. Despite falling behind 2-0, the Toray Arrows made a comeback, thanks to the efforts of Ishikawa and Kulan, with Ishikawa finishing as the match’s top scorer with 33 points. However, the Red Rockets proved to be the stronger team, winning the tie-break 14-16 to claim the championship.
The single-match final was a hard-fought battle between two teams, and the Red Rockets emerged as a top force in Japanese women’s volleyball.
