In an interview for the Huffington Post, former Villa Cortese setter, Lindsey Berg, announced her retirement from volleyball after the Olympics.

Before, the goal was to close with a gold medal, that the USA women’s national team has never won: “I am satisfied with what I did, but I still have work to do.“
And after? Berg stressed out that she would like to follow her passion for fashion and open a boutique in Los Angeles.
“No, there is no sadness. No regrets. I got more than I ever imagined“, said Lindsey.
