Chemes Humenne has in recent years established itself as a prominent fixture in the Central European Football League and is again this year’s favorite for making through the final four tournament. Last season Humenne ended the CEV at number 4 and was in a thriller against Unicef Bratislava, which also participate this year at the FIVB.
Also this year, the Slovaks had a good start of the season and have the Slovakian Derby against Unicef Bratislava surprisingly clear to win 3-0. The HYPO TIROL volleyball team has been warned by Chemes Humenne, but after the defeat at Aich/Dob their first win on home soil was an addition. Accordingly, well-prepared, the Tiroler in their home opener, the team of Chemes Humenne is for head coach Stefan Chrtiansky no stranger: “Our first Home game, is first for the new team. After the positive results, a victory for us now is of course very important for the entire team. In front of our fans, we want to show a good game and expect to win. The crew of Humenne has changed in a relatively strong way compared to the last year. They have a very strong diagonal players, Mikolaj Sarnecki from Poland, has confirmed more than 70% in the attack on Bratislava. Especially in the defense they play hard. But we are certainly the favorite at home and will have to confirm that too.“
The HYPO TIROL volleyball team is building on its strength at home. The USI Halle was almost an impregnable fortress in the CEV and the AVL. In recent years only in the Champions League you had to admit defeat at home teams like Macerata or Novosibirsk. So captain Daniel Gavan of course expects a great atmosphere and a lot of spectators at her first appearance at home!

For the first time he plays for an opponent on the other side of the net in a different dress than that of HYPO TIROL volleyball team.
