Poland NT head coach Stéphane Antiga, however, claims that his players will be in optimal form at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
„I see the huge motivation of my team to work and play, and a great desire of success in Rio. Within two weeks, our form will go up. My players will give their best in the Olympics. They didn’t run out sports motivation. They want to win,“ said the head coach of the Polish NT.
Antiga gave a few days of rest to his wards after the Final Six before they returned to the preparations in the training camp in Spała. Already on Sunday, Poland NT will depart to Belo Horizonte, where they will play two friendly matches against the Brazilian Superliga champions Sada Cruizero Vôlei and undergo the process of acclimatization for the Olympics.
