During the presentation of AZS Olsztyn, coach Panas made a brief characterization of all the players.

Here are short descriptions of the players:

Jonas Kvalen,

Jonas is representative of the Scandinavian school of volleyball. He has very good physical condition, almost two meters, left handed, good blocker.

Michal Zurek,

He was one of the players that I wanted to see here in Olsztyn. Hewill raise the level of the team to a higher position.

Bartosz Marianski,

He reminds me of Piotr Gacek – in appearance, work and behavior on the pitch. I hope that in a few years he will reach his level of play.

Wojciech Ferens,

He plays his second season here and he is already adjusted.

Lukasz Szarek,

I think Lukasz has the potential, and after a year, people will ask us questions, where we found that player.

Jakub Urbanowicz,

He has great talent which he has already shown.

Metodi Ananiew,

“Meto returns after quite a serious injury. He is now fully healthy. We hope that he will be our leader, like he was before the injury.“

Dawid Gunia,

He is the man with the longest experience in the Olsztyn team. I am glad that he is here with us, very hard-working and ambitious player.

Wojciech Sobala,

He was also high on my wish list this season. I wanted to have him here in Olsztyn.

Rafael Batista da Silva,

He is currently at the stage of acclimatization, but I think that he will help this team in the best possible way.

Piotr Lukasik,

The youngest member of our team, but unfortunately he had a very painful injury, and he needs rehabilitation. I hope he can play soon.

Piotr Hain,

He is now fully healthy, fully recovered, and training at full load after an injury.

Bartosz Krzysiek,

He is the tallest player on the team. Last season he played several matches at a very high level. I think the rivalry of our attackers will be only for the benefit of our team.
