Serramalera
As OrlenLiga team published on their website, the contract with an Argentine expert Juan Manuel Serramalera has been terminated by mutual agreement. Dąbrowa Górnicza explained that both sides came to the conclusion it was time for a change.
Polish team will not seek for a new coach so, Serramalera’s assistant Magdalena Śliwa will be in charge for the rest of the season.
Dąbrowa Górnicza are currently fifth-placed in OrlenLiga with 13-8. They were eliminated from the Polish Cup in the quarterfinals and lost a chance to qualify for the Playoffs of the 2017 CEV Champions League.
