PUCHAR POLSKI: Skra starting setter Łomacz misses out Final Four, his replacement comes from 2nd team

PGE Skra Bełchatów will be weakened in the Final Four of the Polish men’s volleyball cup.

As Skra posted on social media, their starting setter Grzegorz Łomacz suffered the injury of the tibial collateral ligament (one of four ligaments of the knee) on the last training session before the Final Four of the Polish cup (Puchar Polski) in Wrocław, on January 27-28.

Łomacz will be replaced in the roster by the Skra second team setter, an 18-year-old Wiktor Nowak, while Marcin Janusz will be in the line-up.

Semifinals:

ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle vs. Trefl Gdańsk (January 27th at 14:45 CET)

PGE Skra Bełchatów vs. Onico Warzsawa (January 27th at 17:30 CET)
