Since 2009, Ilinykh was the member Belogorie Belgorod, with whom he became title holder in Russia and won the Champions League.

Regular member of the Russia’s national team was released from Belogorie and had several options to continue his career, all were abroad.

Firstly, Ilinykh was connected to Iranian team Paykan Tehran and later to the team from the same country, Sarmayeh. Finally, it seemed that he will end up in Serie A1, in Revivre Milano, but Italian club denied their interest.

As his agent said to Russian media, Ilinykh has signed a one-year contract with Gazprom Yugra Surgut. It is not going to be a loan, but full agreement.

He will make his debut in the Superleague for the new club on November 7 against Ural Ufa.
