Serbia
In the first game of the last weekend, Serbia beat Australia in four sets 3-1 (25-22, 25-21, 29-31, 25-18). This result perfectly matches with ambitions of Russia to stay in Group 1.
Serbia was much better side in the first two sets, while in the third they missed more than five match points and Australia took the opportunity to decrease the result!
But, Serbia answered quickly in the fourth set and took the 3-1 win!
Thomas Edgar scored 28 points and was the top scorer of the match, while on the other side Nikola Kovačević and Saša Starović had 18 both. Uroš Kovačević added 17!
