The Russian men’s volleyball top division side Zenit Sankt-Peterburg attracted one more big name to its ranks!

One of the leaders of the Russia National Team, Egor Kliuka, will continue his career at Zenit St. Petersburg, coming from Fakel where he spent the last six years. Thus, the youngest club in the Superliga confirmed the rumor and continued strengthening its roster for the next season with big names: Poletaev, Brizard, Pashytskyy...

The 25-year-old Kliuka is undoubtedly one of the best outside hitters in the world at the moment. Although he has been a member of the Russian National Team for only five years, he already claimed three internationally important titles with them: the 2017 CEV European Championship and two FIVB Volleyball Nations Leagues - in 2018 and 2019. Kliuka was awarded Best Outside Spiker of the latter tournament.
