In a thrilling final match played at Peščenica Sports Hall, HAOK Mladost Zagreb defended their Croatian volleyball championship title against city rivals Dinamo, winning the series 3-1. Despite losing the first two sets of the match (19-25, 20-25), Mladost made a remarkable comeback, dominating the fourth set and pushing the match into a decisive fifth set.
The tension peaked in the final set, which saw multiple lead changes. Mladost narrowly led 12-11 before securing the last three points to clinch a 3-2 victory (19-25, 20-25, 25-20, 25-12, 15-11). This win marks Mladost’s 19th national championship title. Andrea Mihaljević led Mladost with 18 points, while Lucija Babić was the top scorer for Dinamo with 17 points.
