According to Bruno Voloch, Molico Osasco is trying to bring back Destinee Hooker, and the negotiations are well underway! Recall that Hooker played for the Brazilian powerhouse in 2011/12 season and back then she had perhaps the key role in winning the Superleague… It was the last title for Molico Osasco.
In the previous season American star played in Korea where she won the championship with IBK Altos.

Hooker somewhat got back on the spotlight for she was one of the topscorers in the korean league. but lets face it, the korean league is one of the weakest and pathetic leagues in the world! also Hooker is really keeps on getting injured which may cost Osasco. there are better options like Olesia Rhykliuk, Aneta Havlickova, Ana Bjelica, Joanna Kaczor 🙂
she doesn’t want to play in osasco, she wants to play in turkey with fenerbace. Korean league may rely heavily on their import but they have one of the best floor defenses. Even with her injury she showed she is the best in there, better than fawcette, rahimova and joyce they couldn’t do anything to save their team. The names you’ve mention isn’t a grand prix mvp, world cup and olympic best spiker they are a sub par player compare to her. Don’t worry your team will still be a champion becoz she will not play in brazil, you can relax now….LMAO

Hooker only got back in the spotlight for she was ne of the top scorers of the weakest league in the world(korean league) for koreans are terrible volleyball players except Kim YK. they only depend on their foreign reinforcements.. i think Osasco will spend more money on Hooker for she is prone to injuries.. they should try acquiring Olesia Rhyliuk, Aneta Havlickova, Joanna Kaczor, Manon Flier, Margareta Kozuch instead
