Of course, let’s start with the recent games of Finland at the EuroVolley.

You have managed to reach the 1/8 finals at the EuroVolley with Finland. What are your impressions about the games of your national team in Pool C?

We have been improving game by game. We had some ups and downs, but we fought together and achieved the first target of the tournament,” says Eemi for WorldofVolley.

In the 1/8 finals, you are meeting France – your expectations? (If you are answering this question after the game with France, just share your impressions)

They have a lot of skilled players and really solid team play. We need to prepare well against them.”

You are staying for the second season in Olympiacos. What are your impressions about the last season?

My season in Olympiacos was great. We managed to win almost all the trophies, and I was really happy about the professionalism around the team and club.”

We assume that the goals from the last season are the same for the upcoming one.

Nothing less than winning everything in Greece and try to go as far as possible in the CEV-Cup.”

How far can Olympiacos go in the CEV Cup?

We will see. We have Modena in the first round which is not going to be easy but we will do our best and see where it gets us.”

What do you think about Oly’s fans?

The fans are amazing. It’s always nice to see how they fill up the gym and keep up the atmosphere.”

Since you played in many leagues in Europe, how would you rate the Greek League?

I think in Greek league the top teams are good. I don’t know where I would rate them but I think a similar level like France.”

What are your plans for the future?

To play at a high level as long as possible and try to improve my skills as a setter.”
