Puerto Rico coach David Alemán: “We are very happy and emotional. It is our first win in the FIVB World League. We reduced our errors and finally played at a high international level. We did it.”

Slovakia coach Flavio Gulinelli: “We tried to maintain our rhythm but it was hard. We lost our focus on the last few points of the fifth set.”
