Here it is:
We’ve heard a lot of great training stories over the past two weeks and answered lots of questions from people getting ready for the season. Keep sharing this program around with your teammates, coaches and athletes to help your team hit the ground running when your season starts.
This week the program grows to challenge your movement control under duress. This will build on the general foundation you have developed during weeks 1 and 2 in order to begin to target volleyball specific physical traits that you use commonly on-court. There are different exercises, challenging you to grow in different ways!
As usual, don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you have in the comments below or on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram. We’ll help you with anything you want support with!
Enjoy taking the next step in week 3, I can’t wait for the start of week 4!
