Japan won the back-to-back title in the Asian U18 Championship, which are the only two Japan’s titles in this age category, as they overpowered South Korea by a 3-1 (20-25, 25-14, 25-21, 25-15) at Poursharifi Stadium in Tabriz, Iran.

Led by Taito Mizumachi and Riko Ito, Japan took revenge on South Korea for a 3-1 defeat in the pool stage.

The hosts Iran claimed the bronze medal after defeating Chinese Taipei by a 3-1 (25-23, 23-25, 25-16, 25-20).
