The last round (Round 22) has determined the seeds for the playoffs and defending champions Neftochimic 2010 Burgas emerged as the top-seed. They defeated the second-to-last Teteven Volley by a 3-1 (25-18, 25-14, 30-32, 25-19) to claim No.1, which they secured earlier. Valentin Bratoev topped Neftochimic with 20 points (4 kill blocks) while Iliya Petkov made 77% attack (10/13). Iliyan Ivanov scored 22 points for Teteven.
Montana prevailed against CSKA in the derby between the second-seed and third-seed sides that had no importance for the placement in the standings before the playoff quarterfinals, 3-1 (25-23, 15-25, 25-17, 26-24). The Russian Kirill Klets notched 31 points (4 aces, 2 kill blocks) for the winning side. Yani Georgiev scored 14 points (3 kill blocks) for CSKA.
