According to the information of „Volleyplanet“, the acclaimed Serbian coach Zoran Kovačić agreed to take over AO Markopoulo.

Last season, Kovačić’s successfully led AON Pannaxiakos Naxos to the Greek playof semi-finals, but lost to Panathinaikos Athens and eventually took bronze medal.
On the bench of Markopoulo, Kovačić will succeed his compatriot Velibor Ivanović.
