Panathinaikos fought for it’s first victory in this year’s women’s A1, but Iraklis Kifisias was better overall and walked away with the “three-pointer”.

Hosts dominated the guests by 3-1 (25-12, 25-19, 20-25, 25-20) and remained at top position on the table, leaving the ‘greens‘ in last place.

Gligorovic was excellent for Iraklis, and Giota finished the match with 20 points, while Ivanova was left out due to back pain.

On the other hand, the entry of Tsatsouri and Georgiou helped Panathinaikos take the third set, but they couldn’t cope with the eager hosts in the last set.
