ITA W: Pietrini leads Scandicci’s astonishing reception in victory over Casalmaggiore

Savino Del Bene Scandicci emerged victoriously from the big match of Round 5 of the 2020/21 Italian women’s volleyball Championship against Vbc Èpiù Casalmaggiore.

Scandicci beat Casalmaggiore in a duel that marked a return of Carlo Parisi, now at the bench of the losing side, under the vaults of the hall in which he experienced so many great moments. The home team bounced back in the match valid for Round 5 of the 2020/21 Lega Pallavolo Serie A Femminile regular season after losing the first set and collected a full set of points.

The Pole Magdalena Stysiak scored 17 points for Scandicci, while Elena Pietrini made 93 % reception (73 % perfect). The winning side had an astonishing overall reception of 92 % (81 % perfect)!
