Blagojevic started the match attacking opposing defenses with 62% efficiency in the first set but it was not enough to grab the advantage. Piacenza took the first set with a score of 25-19.

BERGAMO won the second set with the same result thanks to the effectiveness of central Crimes and Zambelli and 100% in receiving for libero Enrica Merlo.

After that Piacenza immediately started to play better and with excellent game won the next two sets and go to the finals.
