We have to say it one more time – the critics from the owner of Lube are giving good results! Since that moment, Lube have scored all wins.
This one BIG victory in PalaPanini is very important for Blengini’s side. It was a clash for the first place – Lube beat Modena and took over the top position.
What could we say about the game? It was a derby, that volleyball fans truly deserve. Lube opened match much better than the rival and after the first set on the scoreboard away side had 1, home team 0. The second set was a real volleyball delicacy. Blengini’s side was again better 29-27 and they had 2-0 lead.
Modena had to react and they somehow managed to decrease the lead of the rival after breathtaking third set 31-29! But, in the fourth set, Lube dominated again and deserved a victory 3-1!
